DESCRIPTION:Support for the Supporters \nEvery other Tuesday at 10.30am in Roujan\, we run a group for anyone who has supported or is supporting someone with cancer — no matter if it is recent or in the past. It’s straightforward\, honest\, and created in mind for those  who’ve a lot to carry and need to offload for themselves. \nThink of it as a place to put things down for an hour or two. A safe space where you don’t have to explain the backstory. You show up when you can. No fuss\, no pressure. \nWhat this group offers: \n\nreal connection instead of going it alone in France\npractical ways to cope\, shared by people who’ve been there\na sense of community that makes things feel lighter\nspace to regain a bit more confidence and control\n\nIf you’re curious or unsure\, just drop a line to spprt.csflanguedoc@gmail.com and we’ll talk it through. \nSessions are confidential and professionally facilitated. \nAs this is provided by Cancer Support France-Languedoc\, donations help with the professional costs but are never a barrier. \nNo judgment.
