DESCRIPTION:The 15th anniversary of Cancer Support France – Languedoc\, followed by a Members’ meeting \nWednesday 16 October at the Salle des Fêtes in Margon from 11.30 am to 4pm. \nIn addition you can sample a short workshop run by Josephine Dolan – Dufour\, an Occupational Therapist\, on “Practical Skills for a Balanced and Meaningful Life” . She will introduce practical tools and strategies for improving well-being and overcoming daily challenges that people can immediately apply to enhance their daily routines and quality of life\, including for some of the common problems of anxiety\, sleep\, pain\, fatigue and low mood. \nCoffee will be served from 11.30 am and you are invited to lunch and coffee at 1 pm with another delicious three course meal and coffee\, from Ken and Alison’s catering. Un déjeuner convivial sera servi à 13h par Ken and Alison’s Catering\, au prix de 15 euros par personne.
