D136\, Cabrerolles\n\n10K 9:00 am for 9:30 am start\n5k 10:00 am for 10:30 am start\n3k 10:30 am for 11:00 am start\n\n\nThe Walk\nTo register click here (you will be able to choose your preferred walk (10km\, 5km or 3km) and will have the option to pay your €10 +a donation if you want by Bank transfer\, Credit or Debit card or your own PayPal. We encourage you to pay online if at all possible\, however\, if you prefer to pay on the day\, please pay at the check-in desk at the entrance to the Domaine. \nLunch Menu\n(Please note\, CSF-L will not be taking food orders directly this year.)\nCSF-L is giving you the option to order your food directly via our vendors websites. Please note that there will be limited availability of food on the day if not pre-ordered. \nWe will have two food trucks on site – please order directly on the links below (you will be taken to the vendor’s website). \nYou will be offered the option of paying directly to your chosen vendor or pay cash on the day.\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				For hamburgers and vegetarian option – click Ken & Alison’s Catering. \nFor Fish & Chips – click www.wizardwedding.com/csfl \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Note: To avoid queues on the day\, when you return from your walk\, please go immediately to the food kiosk you have pre-ordered from\, they will register your attendance and it will take approximately 15 minutes to prepare your food. We would ask you to please take a seat at a table before returning to the kiosk to collect your lunch. \nSponsorship\nClick here for Sponsorship form. \nClick here to make your sponsor’s donation. \nAll donations go directly to allow us to support all those affected by cancer in the Herault and Aveyron. \nFAQs\nWho should take part?\n\n10 km walk – we recommend this walk for seasoned walkers/hikers used to hilly terrain and uneven surfaces. We do not recommend this walk for people with any mobility issues. There will be a short refreshment break 2/3rds of the way and perhaps you might like to bring a coffee flask with you.\n5 km walk – we recommend this walk for walkers who like a bit of a challenge but at a slower pace. . There is one moderately steep ascent which is not too long but otherwise the terrain is reasonably flat.\n3 km walk – this is for those less able to tackle the uneven and hilly terrain of the other two walks. This is a fairly flat surfaced walk and is easier than the 3 km walk of 2022.\n\nWhat should I wear and take with me?\n\nWalking boots or shoes (especially for the 10 km) or trainers.\nPerhaps a light jacket in case of rain\nLayers – depending on the weather on the day\nA hat!\nA water bottle – there will be water supplied for you to refill your water bottles\nA light rucksack or bum-bag if you wish\n\nWho will be leading the walks?\n\nAn experienced guide will lead each walk\nThere will be a back-marker for each group\nPrior to the walk you will be given the telephone number of both the lead and back-marker of your chosen walk\, together with an emergency number for our base unit.\n\nMay I bring my own lunch?\n\nWhile there will be food trucks on the day\, you are very welcome to bring your own lunch and refreshments with you.

DESCRIPTION:ART GROUP FOR CLIENTS\nCancer Support France – Languedoc’s Art Group is an opportunity to spend an afternoon painting\, in a friendly relaxed atmosphere – being inspired and guided\, regardless of whether you have experience of painting\, or have never put paint to paper before; everyone is on the same level playing field. There is no competition\, no judgement. “Enjoyable” is the key word. Participation in The Art Group is offered to people affected by cancer\, either personally or through the illness of a loved one.

DESCRIPTION:Our May Drop-In Day is on Wednesday\, May 31st. Please note the one-time change to Wednesday due to venue availability. \nDrop-In days were set up specifically for people affected by cancer\, whether as a patient\, a carer for someone with cancer\, or someone who has lost a partner (or close one) from cancer.  Their aim is to provide a safe haven where one can come and relax in a friendly atmosphere\, take advantage of the therapies and activities on offer\, chat with one of our trained supporters\, and enjoy refreshments and a light lunch. \nDrop-In Days are normally held on the last Thursday of the month\, with a summer break in July and August\, and with the “November “Drop-In held on the 1st Thursday in December\, just before the Christmas break. \nPlease feel free to contact Alison (alison.csflanguedoc@gmail.com) with any queries.
