DESCRIPTION:Please note that the May 2025 Drop-In will be on the 3rd Thursday of the month\, not the usual last Thursday! \nDrop-In days were set up specifically for people touched by cancer\, whether as a patient\, a carer for someone with cancer\, or someone who has lost a partner (or close one) from cancer.  You’ll find more information here. (https://csflanguedoc.com/drop-in/) \nDrop-In Days are normally held on the last Thursday of the month\, with a summer break in July and August\, and with the “November “Drop-In held on the 1st Thursday in December\, just before the Christmas break. \nPlease feel free to contact Jo Pearce (jop.csflanguedoc@gmail.com) with any queries.

People who wanted to take part but could not. People who did not know about Cancer Support France until you told them. \nImagine that and you will start the Walk with an extra spring in you step. \nWe ask you to consider asking friends and family to sponsor your great effort on behalf of English speakers affected by cancer living in France.  \nPerhaps you are uncomfortable asking for money… But if people sponsor you\, they would be supporting you and\, if not\, they will have been made more aware of us and our work.  \nThere are many ways to promote your effort to all the people you know: \n\non your social media outlet\nby e-mail\nduring telephone conversations\nwhen having coffee with your friends\nat events; French lessons\, choir rehearsals\, walking groups\, art clubs etc.\n\nPeople can donate to or sponsor us in a number of ways\, ‘in person’ or online.
