The CSF Guide is an easy to read comprehensive summary of good practice regarding our approach to clients and volunteers.

It aims, by sharing ideas, practices and knowledge, to allow all concerned with CSF to focus on our overriding mission of Client and Member support.

Communication with members

We make every effort to communicate frequently and effectively with our Active Volunteers and our Friends.

Members are kept informed of our activities, fundraising events and the decisions of the Administrative Council by means of regular emails and by the News and Events sections on our website.

Our AGM takes place every February and members will be advised of the date and agenda no later than two weeks beforehand. All members are welcome to attend the AGM and vote for the election of the Administrative Council. Members will also be invited to attend and vote at any EGM that the President may deem necessary to call.

In addition to our AGM, we hold two additional members’ meetings during the year, to which all members are invited.
