CSF-L AGM & Members’ Meeting, marking World Cancer Day

We are delighted to invite you to our Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday, 4th February 2026 at the Seigneurie de Peyrat, located near Pézenas. Directions to the venue and a map can be found below.

This year’s meeting coincides with World Cancer Day, and we are pleased to celebrate this important occasion together. Please see below for the detailed schedule of the day’s events:

Programme of Events

  • Doors open: 11:00am — Coffee and tea will be served upon arrival.
  • Just Paint: 11:00 – 12:00
  • Guest Speaker: 12:00 – 12:45
  • Lunch: 12:45 – 14:00
  • Annual General Meeting (AGM):14:00 sharp. (Please be there by 13:50.)
  • Voting: 14:15
  • Members’ Meeting: To follow after voting

Guest Speaker

We are honoured to have Cécile Viennet, proprietor and main sponsor of our new premises at Seigneurie de Peyrat, as our guest speaker. Cécile will share with us the fascinating history of her beautiful Domaine.

Lunch Arrangements

Voting Information

A separate email will be sent out shortly, allowing members to vote online for the new Bureau. This is especially useful for those unable to attend the meeting in person.

Membership Fees

If you wish to vote but have not yet paid your membership fee for 2025/26 (€15), you may do so at the meeting. We accept payment by cash, cheque, or credit card.
