The 15th anniversary of Cancer Support France – Languedoc, followed by a Members’ meeting
Wednesday 16 October at the Salle des Fêtes in Margon from 11.30 am to 4pm.
In addition you can sample a short workshop run by Josephine Dolan – Dufour, an Occupational Therapist, on “Practical Skills for a Balanced and Meaningful Life” . She will introduce practical tools and strategies for improving well-being and overcoming daily challenges that people can immediately apply to enhance their daily routines and quality of life, including for some of the common problems of anxiety, sleep, pain, fatigue and low mood.
Coffee will be served from 11.30 am and you are invited to lunch and coffee at 1 pm with another delicious three course meal and coffee, from Ken and Alison’s catering. Please click on this link to order lunch:
Lunch will be followed by a short Members’ meeting from 2 pm – 2.30pm, after which tea/coffee and biscuits will be served.
During the day there will be presentations about Cancer Support France – Languedoc, including the history of how we started and showing key events over the past 15 years.
We will also have information about cancer prevention and self-screening.
