New rules for insurers. As from 1st June, any insurance company (household, vehicle, health) which offers an online subscription service must now also offer an online cancellation service. So you will no longer need to send a recorded delivery letter. But the agreed notice period will still apply.

Companies who do not offer an online subscription service will be exempt.
